American Airlines mechanic accused of sabotage previously fired by Alaska Airlines after FAA investigations

#airlinessabotage #Alani #AmericanAirlines #terrorist

How could he work for both airlines at same time -- and then fired from one but able to keep working in sensitive position at the other -- what the hell is really going on!!?!

After being fired he filed a lawsuit against the airline, Alaska Airlines, and lost.  In 2010 court in California ruled in favor of Alaska Airlines, and Judge noted: "...plaintiff is the clear-cut common denominator in all of the incidents...Serious mishaps clustered to plaintiff to an unusual extent."  So the Judge is indicating this guy had a history of serious 'mistakes'...putting passengers and crew at risk?!?

So how the fuck is this person able to be hired as aircraft mechanic with this 'background', or if already working as aircraft mechanic how can he be allowed to continue to put passengers and crew at risk!?!

In the Fox-News article below it states:  "During the lawsuit, Alaska said it found at least three instances when Alani was clocked in for American and Alaska at the same time, according to Business Insider."

Alaska spokesman Ray Lane confirmed Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani was an avionics technician and line avionics technician who worked for Seattle-based Alaska Airlines from January to August 1990 and again from June 1998 to July 2008.  Those dates overlap with his employment at American Airlines, which he joined in 1988 and was based in Miami, so it is unclear how he held both jobs!?!  Name and ID being used by multiple people??!

RED FLAG:  Alani wasn't working his normal shift or station.  Why didn't anyone notice?  According to the criminal complaint against Alani in U.S. District Court in Miami FL, the mechanic should not have been working on a panel on the nose of the plane because there was no report of a mechanical issue there, nor a pending work order, American Airlines told law enforcement officials.

TWO MORE RED FLAGS: He normally works on disabled aircraft in the maintenance hangar at Miami International, not on planes at the gate.  And his shift was generally from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., the airline said.

Again, I ask:  Why didn't anyone notice?

So, he puts on his "aircraft mechanic" coveralls/uniform...waves his name badge at security, and is able to walk up to an aircraft preparing to take-off with 150-plus souls on-board, tampers with the aircraft in broad daylight...AND NO-ONE QUESTIONS WHY HE IS THERE OR WHAT HE IS DOING -- is that the gist of what is being reported!?!
